When we started Pet.co.nz there was one thing we all agreed on... shipping rates were super confusing!
So we did what any normal person would do, we removed shipping costs on decent-sized orders. Free shipping applies for all rural deliveries as well!
That's right, we don’t charge for standard shipping on orders over $39, so go ahead and order as much as you want and you won't pay any extra!
For all orders under $39, the shipping rate is $7.50.
Standard shipping is defined as;
- Next working day dispatch for all New Zealand addresses. Dispatch means your order is carefully picked, packed and collected from our distribution centre by our shipping partner Courier Post.
Signature Required - additional cost applies.
Usually, our courier drivers will leave the packages at your doorstep or somewhere secure that you have added as delivery instructions. However, if you would rather sign for the package simply select this option at the checkout. The driver will not leave your parcel unattended if there is none present to sign. Instead, they will leave a card for you to contact Courier Post directly, please see here for further information.
Saturday Delivery -additional cost applies.
If you order an item from Pet.co.nz before 2pm on Friday, you have the option to have it delivered on Saturday. Please note this is subject to the delivery address being eligible for Saturday delivery.
