Track Order

We know that it is helpful to track your delivery and so we want to make it easy to do just that!

To track your order online, please ensure that you are logged in to your account.

From the Account dashboard, click on 'Orders'.

All orders (including delivered orders) have their tracking number recorded and you can access their information by clicking on 'View Details'.

Tracking numbers are also confirmed by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped from our distribution centre.

Alternatively, you can track your order by going to the NZ Post website and entering your tracking number. This can be found online here.
