You can see how your order is tracking by simply logging into your My Account section. Once your order has been shipped from our distribution centre we send you an email that includes your tracking information.
You can also track your order by going to the Courier-Post website and entering your tracking number. This can be found by clicking here.
Important note: On occasion, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.
If this happens you will receive two (or more) tracking numbers, one for each box. The numbers will not show separately but as one long number 2496870123611155ERR005AN2495556623611155ERR005AN
The label on the box will show 'one of two' and if you have only received one you can locate the second parcel by clicking on the tracking link.
