We know that it is helpful to track your delivery and so make it easy to do just that!
Simply log into your 'My Account' section on the Pet.Co website and view your current orders in the 'Order history' tab. All orders (including delivered orders) have their tracking number recorded and you can access their information by clicking on the number.
Tracking numbers are also confirmed by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped from our distribution centre.
Alternatively, you can track your order by going to the Courier-Post website and entering your tracking number. This can be found online here.
Important note: On occasion, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.
If this happens you will receive two (or more) tracking numbers, one for each box.
The numbers will not show separately but as one long number, such as below;
2496870123611155ERR005AN2495556623611155ERR005AN
The label on the box will show 'one of two' or 'one of four' and if you have only received one you can locate the second parcel by clicking on the tracking link.
You may need to scroll down to see the second tracking information depending on the screen size of the device you are using.
