It may be possible to redirect your order through our delivery partner Courier Post. If the revised address is less than 75km from the original delivery address, you can request a redirection online by using the tracking number provided by us on email.
To do this, first click on the tracking number for your order, this will show you the status of your delivery.
You can then select 'Manage your parcel at NZ Post" and from here you are able to add the new address or add delivery instructions. Alternatively, you can call Courier Post on 0800 268 743
