If you need to update the address you can do this by using the tracking number provided by us on email. It is also recorded on your Pet.Co order information.
Please click on the tracking number, this will show you the status of your delivery.
You can then select 'Manage your parcel at NZ Post" and from here you are able to redirect your parcel or add delivery instructions. Alternatively, you can call Courier Post on 0800 268 743
Please note that due to current delays in the courier network, redirections can take up to 2 weeks.
