We have been advised by our courier partner, New Zealand Post, most of their parcels are being delivered within 2-3 working days but in some cases, they are seeing delays of up to 10 working days in Auckland and 5 working days anywhere else in the country.

Important note: When your order has been processed we will be unable to cancel it due to a change of mind or make changes to the delivery address.
If you need to update the address you can do this by using the tracking number provided by us on email. It is also recorded on your Pet.co.nz order information.
Please click on the tracking number, this will show you the status of your delivery.
You can then select 'Manage your parcel at NZ Post' and from here you are able to redirect your parcel or add delivery instructions.
