Deliveries
New Zealand Post is continuing to see a staggering number of parcels being sent – particularly in Auckland. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes, we have delivery delays of up to 5 working days in and out of Auckland and 1 working day across the rest of NZ.
You will receive an automated email once your order is shipped and will be able to track your parcel online. Please only call if your parcel being sent into or out of Auckland has been delayed for more than 10 working days. For items sent across the rest of the country please wait 5 working days before calling.
New Zealand Post will continue to provide contactless delivery and physical distancing nationwide. To help manage the volume of items through the delivery network, please ensure you do not send items to businesses that are closed.

Services
Our business operates within the 'Essential' category and therefore we will continue to offer our regular services to customers throughout COVID-19 Alert levels, including level 4.
What this means for you and your pets, is that you will still be able to purchase your pet's food and other items from us as per usual and we will not close our business.
We'd like to take this time to assure you we have enough stock to service your orders and you do not need to worry about buying additional stock. We're here to continue to look after your pet's needs and replenish our stock on a daily basis.
Repeat Delivery
Your repeat delivery will still be processed, and everything will remain as usual.
It's important that your order is not sent to a closed business address. If you have an upcoming Repeat Delivery order, please take a minute to log in to your account to check and change it if you need.
