Important Delivery Update: 08/10/2020:
Getting your order to you quickly is important to us and we will continue to keep you informed of any changes to delivery timeframes throughout each lockdown stage.
Contactless delivery is not a requirement under Alert Level 1 however this service is available if you prefer. Please indicate to your courier driver when they arrive that this is your preference.
Contactless Delivery Guidelines:
The courier driver will arrive at the delivery address and let you know that they are there.
Our driver will then stand two metres away from you (or as far back as is safe) and wait for someone to answer the door.
They will then ask for your name which they will then record on their handheld device as proof of delivery, therefore signing for the parcel on your behalf. The person receiving the parcel will not have to sign for the delivery. The parcel will then be placed in an appropriate place to complete the delivery.
Currently, Courier Post has confirmed there are no significant delays in their network.
