If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, our friendly customer care team is here to assist.
First, we recommend checking the courier tracking details which are included in your order confirmation email.
Simply click on the tracking link provided and this will redirect you to the Courier-Post website for the latest update on your parcel.
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive your products in two or more boxes. If your order is being sent in multiple boxes, each tracking number will be included in your order confirmation.
To ensure a speedy delivery we dispatch your parcel from the closest distribution centre to your delivery address, however on occasion, it is necessary to send your products from an alternative warehouse, depending on stock availability.
If your parcel has been delayed, do get in touch within 21 days from the dispatch date and we will lodge an inquiry with Courier Post. If you received your parcel and the contents are damaged, please contact us in the first instance.
Important note:
Any lost parcel notification outside of the 21 day period will not be eligible for a Courier-Post claim. Damaged parcels need to be registered within 10 days from the date of delivery.
