As New Zealand moves to lockdown level 4 at 11:59 pm Tuesday 17th August, the majority of us will have made adjustments to where we stay or travel.
The good news is that it is very simple to update your address online and if your parcel has left our distribution centre you may be able to request a change of address through New Zealand Post using your tracking number (the new address must be within 75kmof the original address). This can be requested on their website here.
To update your delivery address online, simply log into your Pet.co.nz account by clicking here and select 'Address book' from the menu shown below;
If you have an existing Autoshipment, you can update the delivery destination in 'My Autoshipments"
