Change Address?
If an order has been picked and is ready for packing, we are unable to make changes to an address.
If an order has not been picked, we may be able to update it for you.
Redirect a Parcel?
You can request a redirection by using the tracking number which is included in your order confirmation email.
Redirection guide
- Click on the tracking number for your order, this will show you the status of your delivery.
- Select 'Manage your parcel at NZ Post'
From here you are able to add the new address or add delivery instructions.

Once the order has been dispatched, we recommend contacting Australia Post to attempt to redirect the parcel. This may delay the expected delivery time.
